So wait, she's still aiming for the tree? Is she still respecting Zak's condition of "no surrender until the big tree's reached = you win"?
Also if she bends earth, how'd she make the blast in the cannon? Did she just push the earth behind her really hard, and the "boom" is the sound barrier?
Not the sound barrier she's not moving that fast, but fairies can make explosion with their magic, like she tried against zak a couple pages back, so she just used more magic to throw herself at the tree and the canon shape help her go in the right direction.
but isn't the whole "orgasm denial" shtick what's NEEDED to efficiently do that?
From what I understand, yes, the fairies HAVE, at any time, enough magic to create explosions, BUT, they aren't able to USE that much magic in such short time, which is why they use "that": a moment when large amount of magic is naturally being expelled from their bodies; they just contain it a little longer
the thing is, since she just DID that, she SHOULDN'T BE ABLE to do it AGAIN, no? Even if she didn't actually use all the magic she had against Zak, doesn't she NOT have the proper "catalyst" anymore to do it again?
It's not that much energy, if she had used the same amount as she tried to use against zak the canon could have shattered or the pressure inside the canon would've killed her.
