Page delay
Hello, just a small announcement to say this Friday's page is cancelled due to a 20hrs long power outage I had to deal with. Things will be back to normal this monday, thank you for your patience and understanding.
You too, huh? In my case, all eversource had to do was throw a breaker to get power back to 11 houses, that all had well water so no water without power, while they were in the area. Like they had to do every time for the last 8 power outages. You'd think they'd learn...
here 120 0000 people ended up without power for most of the day, and this morning when my power came back there was still 5000 more without power. All the guys did was replace the fuse or whatever had busted on the pole, it was a 10 mins job, but I guess they were just swamped all over the province yesterday. I read the news, and there were some place they couldn't get to because trees where fallen on the road, so they had to get that moved before they could even start working on the power grid.
